A Temecula native, Michael earned his bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University while playing Division I football. After graduating in 2021, he launched his career in development as a consultant with OnsiteIQ, where he worked with luxury homebuilders such as Toll Brothers and Thomas James Homes, as well as private equity firms and institutional investors, to implement risk mitigation strategies across $30M+ in ground-up construction projects on the West Coast.
Simultaneously, Michael transitioned into real estate sales, joining Abundance Real Estate in Temecula. Within two years, he spearheaded the expansion of the firm’s Beverly Hills office, leading a team of 12 agents and setting a company record-breaking home sale in West Hollywood. His ability to bridge the gap between development and investment strategy has positioned him as a trusted consultant for high-net-worth individuals and real estate investors.
